Devon Scarpella

Born and raised in Alaska, Devon brings a combination of real estate and Alaska Court System knowledge to the office. He began working as an HOA Property Manager for a locally owned real estate company for two years before transitioning to Transaction Coordination under Keller-Williams. Looking for a change in pace from real estate, he went to work as a Court Case Manager for the Alaska Court System in the Trial Court Accounting section and eventually accepted an offer from the law firm.

Devon enjoys camping during the summer with his friends and traveling for large events in his free time. He can also be found at local card shops playing games with friends.

Nikolas Petersen

Nik is the accounts and billing manager for the firm. Born and raised mostly in Alaska, he’s traveled and lived in several states and as far out at Indonesia. Nik attended the College of Charleston and studied journalism and writing. After college he returned to Alaska where much of his family reside.

When he’s not in the office, Nik enjoys spending time at home with his wife, Megan, and tuxedo cat, Mia. He also enjoys traveling, exploring breweries, and playing games with family and friends.

Working as the accounts and billing manager for the firm. Nik was born and mostly raised in Alaska. He has lived in many locations for assorted periods of time throughout the United States and as far as Makassar Indonesia due to his familial background in the airline industry.

When Nik isn’t in the office, you’ll generally be able to find him spending time with his wife, family, friends, travelling, or at a brewery. Nik went to College of Charleston, SC where he specialized in journalism and writing while enjoying the warmth and not-so-healthy food of the southeast US. He found himself back in Alaska shortly after graduating where his family has always been.

Happily a self-proclaimed nerd when he’s not travelling or outdoors, he loves cooking or baking at home, always with a movie or show on in the background, and normally bringing what he or his wife makes into the office. Always ready to share a story of some past adventure and always quick to be personable. Nik does what he can to be positive, kind, and professional, if not always sounding overly serious.
