Kody George

Kody joined the firm in 2022 after graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law with a joint Master of Science in Civil Engineering. His background experience in engineering, real estate, construction, and environmental issues translates to his versatility in practice, with his focus in municipal law.

After spending his early childhood in Fairbanks, Kody returned to the Golden Heart of Alaska in 2016 and has been in and out of Alaska since. He has always been drawn to Alaskans’ grit, community-driven attitude and innovative natures – characteristics that he strives to reflect in his representation of clients. Helping his clients maintain these Alaskan traits in their municipalities, businesses and homes is something Kody values deeply in his practice. In conjunction with municipal, construction and environmental interests, Kody hopes to grow his research of and fascination with Outer Space into a portion of his practice.

Outside of work, Kody does his best to keep up with his wife’s entrepreneurial spirit and his spunky daughter’s imagination. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys all that Alaska has to offer throughout its seasons, including; hunting, fishing, and kicksleding with his family dog. Kody and his wife are currently working towards becoming a certified resource family for foster and adoptive children in Alaska. Kody actively volunteers in the community through the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
